Oklahoma Real Estate Education
Pre-licensing Courses
This 90 hour basic course satisfies the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission's education requirement for a provisional sales associate license and prepares the student to sit for the State exam. Basic fundamentals and terminology are covered. Students are usually ready to take the state exam on the day following class completion.
Post Licensing Courses
If you are a newly licensed real estate associate, this is the course for you! Roger DeSpain had spent six years developing this class to guide the new real estate associate by using a step-by-step process to success. You must complete a Post License course during your first year of licensure; Why not take one that is interesting and guaranteed to help you make more money?
Continuing Education Courses
Meet your continuing education requirements from the comfort of your own home. We call it "Distance Learning". Once you've studied the material and taken the practice tests simply return the test answer sheets, you will receive credit for the classes through the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
Broker Pre-licensing Courses
Now you can take the Broker's Course in the comfort of your own home using hard copy books and materials. We call it "Distance Learning". Once you've studied the material and taken the practice tests you'll need to schedule an appointment to take the final exam. You must pass the final exam at the Roger DeSpainschool in order to receive credit for the course and to sit for the state exam.
